We always visit you to quote so we can advise on any valuable or sellable items we can offset against the price of the clearance. We pay better than most auction houses.
WE Clear!
Please do nothing as we take care of the clearance and leave everything clean and tidy ready for a new tenant or to return to the empty property. It is not even necessary for you to be present.
Paperwork
After the removal, we will leave you with all the necessary documentation and invoice. Also our waste carrier licence number which will prove legal and ethical recycling.

We are fully registered with the Environment Agency with a full waste-carrying Licence and are insured for £5,000,000 liability for our transportation as well as your property. We are also members of AFTA, the Anti Fly Tipping Association.
